RETURNS    

Quality and customer satisfaction mean the world to us.  Orders are returnable within 14 days from delivery date unless otherwise noted.  We do not offer exchanges, however we are happy to assist with a return and re-order!

To initiate a return, please email us at support@thufri.com with your order number.  Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges on returns.  Items must be returned in their original packaging, and returns must include the packing slip that was enclosed with the order.  Damaged and/or used merchandise is not accepted for returns.  Refunds are issued within 30 days of receipt of returned items.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges, however we are happy to assist with a return and re-order! Per our return policy, orders are returnable within 14 days from delivery date. 

PRE-ORDER TERMS

  1. Shipping dates given at the time of purchase are approximate and may change closer to the ship date.
  2. To change or cancel your order, please email support@thufri.com with your order number.  You may cancel or update your order up to a week before your order is scheduled to be shipped.
  3. We ship orders in the order received.  We honor our customers' patience and cannot push customers ahead of the queue.
  4. Please update us if your address changes and do so by emailing support@thufri.com.
  5. We ship orders complete. If your order includes a pre-ordered item, your entire order will ship when that item is available. If you'd like to receive non-pre-ordered items earlier, please contact support@thufri.com for help.
