Item Availability
Orders with in-stock items are processed after purchase. In-stock items will ship once payment and shipping address is approved, and product is located.
Pre-order items will be available for advanced order on our site. Once in stock, a pre-ordered item is shipped to your preferred address. The expected shipping date of a pre-order item is indicated on the product detail page. 
Note: Shipping date for pre-ordered items is subject to change. 
Backorders 
Customers are notified via email when one or more purchased items go on backorder. Customers have the option to:
  1. Switch to another color in-stock, and of equal value for immediate shipping
  2. Wait until the backordered item is available for shipment 

Shipping Rules and Restrictions
We offer standard shipping and FedEx service to addresses in the US and abroad.  
FedEx services within the US include Ground, Express Saver, 2 Day, Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight, Priority Overnight Saturday Delivery, First Overnight, and First Overnight Saturday Delivery.  International FedEx services include Ground, International Economy, International Priority, and International Priority, Saturday Delivery.  FedEx services to Canada  include Ground, International Economy, International Priority, and International Priority, Saturday Delivery.International FedEx services include Ground, International Economy, International Priority, and International Priority.
To find out the exact FedEx shipping options, rates, and times for your order, proceed to step 2 of the checkout process.  You will not be charged unless you confirm the order.
Our order cutoff time is 12 noon Eastern, Monday - Friday, excluding US holidays.  Orders placed before the cutoff time will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be shipped out the next business day.

Free shipping will be via FedEx ground for US and Canadian orders or via FedEx International Economy for all other destinations.  Order minimums are calculated by merchandise totals only and do not include sales tax or shipping charges.

When you check out, select the free shipping option from the shipping options roll down menu.  You don't need a discount code.  The free shipping option will appear automatically for qualifying orders

Tracking your Order

Tracking numbers are assigned to packages upon shipping from our distribution center.  It may take up to 48 hours for the carrier’s tracking system to update and provide tracking information. 

Tracking availability depends on the type of item you purchased and the shipping method you selected at checkout. Orders shipped via FedEx Smartpost or FIMS do not have a tracking number. However, we can still provide order status and other details.
